It is well known that the precise feeding system of the microreactor is the most important factor in determining the quality of the reaction. In order to realize digital monitoring and reaction status tracking of invisible microchannel reaction equipment, there are usually two methods: one is to install an online analyzer, and the other is to monitor the reaction status based on physical properties and process parameters, and give early warnings.

ZSMR microreactors are equipped with DCS and SIS systems, and digital modules provide more intuitive online monitoring and prediction for microreactors:

1) Fa: Fb: Fc online flow ±0.3% automatic adjustment.

2) Tmr and refrigerant regulating valve are interlocked.

3) On-line viscometer, PH meter, on-line pressure track physical properties, and provide early warning.
